Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this site. By creating an account, posting, or buying anything here, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site is operated by Rebirthed LLC ("we", "us"), of Attn: "UFC.GG", 930 S 4th St, Ste 209 #6326, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101-6845.

1. Who may use the site
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You may not use the site if we have previously terminated your account, unless we have agreed in writing that you may return.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything posted from it. Keep your password to yourself, use a password you do not use elsewhere, and tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has access to it.
One person, one account. Additional accounts used to evade a suspension, inflate reputation, or manipulate a vote or prediction will all be closed.
We may change your username where it impersonates somebody, is offensive, or is being used to squat a name.
3. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you write, upload, or otherwise post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the site, and to allow other users to view and quote it in the ordinary way a discussion forum works.
That licence lasts as long as the content is on the site, and survives only to the extent needed for backups and for quotations of your content in other users' posts, which we cannot practically unpick.
You promise that what you post is yours to post, and that it does not break the law or anybody else's rights.
What is and is not acceptable is set out in the Community Guidelines, which form part of these terms.
4. Our content and data
The site, its design, its software, and the fight data we compile are ours or our licensors'. You may read it, link to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not scrape it, bulk-copy it, or redistribute it.
Access to our data by API is governed separately by the Data License and API Terms of Service, not by this section.
Fighter names, event names, and third-party trademarks referred to on the site belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any promotion whose events we cover.
5. Purchases, memberships and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay and include any taxes we are required to state. Payment is taken by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
Memberships. A recurring membership renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and it does not refund it. A fixed-term membership does not renew.
Digital items. Because they are delivered immediately, digital purchases are not refundable once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or where the item did not work as described.
Physical items. Where we sell physical goods, your statutory cancellation and return rights apply.
If we withdraw a feature that a paid tier included, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the current period.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines, or where we are required to by law.
Where we can, we will tell you why, and you may appeal to [email protected]. For serious cases — illegal content, threats, security attacks, payment fraud — we may act immediately and without notice.
You may close your account at any time. Closing it does not automatically delete posts you have made; see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted, what is anonymised, and why.
7. Availability
We try to keep the site up and the data accurate, but we do not promise either. Fight data is compiled from multiple sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Nothing here is betting advice, and you should not rely on it to stake money.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for losses arising from your reliance on fight data or from betting. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and 100 units of the currency you paid in.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we will give notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and you agree to bring any dispute in the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, nothing here removes a protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in, or your right to bring proceedings there where that law gives you one.
