Copyright and DMCA
We remove content that infringes copyright, and we terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
This policy is operated by Rebirthed LLC.
1. Reporting content you own
If material on this site infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a notice to our designated agent:
Copyright Agent, Rebirthed LLC
Attn: "UFC.GG"
930 S 4th St, Ste 209 #6326
Las Vegas, Nevada 89101-6845
[email protected]
A notice needs all of the following. A notice missing any of it may not be actionable, and we may come back to you for the rest:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed. If several works are covered by one notice, a representative list.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it — a direct URL to the post or image, not just a board name.
- Your address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
2. What happens next
We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within five working days. Where the notice is valid we will remove or disable the material and tell the user who posted it, passing on your notice including your name and the contact details you gave. If you do not want your details passed on, say so, and understand that it may prevent the user filing a counter-notice and so may stall the process.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake — or that the use was licensed or permitted, for example as fair use or fair dealing — you can send a counter-notice to the same address, containing:
- Your signature.
- Identification of the material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada — or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found — and that you will accept service from the person who complained.
We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they tell us they have started court proceedings, we may restore the material in ten to fourteen working days.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid notices are terminated. We keep a record of notices for this purpose.
5. Misuse
A notice sent in bad faith — to remove criticism, to suppress a review, or over material you do not own — may make you liable for damages and costs. Please be sure before you send one.
6. Fight footage and photography
We do not host event footage. Embedded video is served by the platform it is hosted on, and a takedown for that footage should go to that platform, which is the only party able to remove it.
Fighter photography, promotional artwork and event posters are the property of their owners. Where we display them under a licence or under fair dealing for news reporting and commentary, and you believe that is wrong, tell us and we will review it.
